Pebblearc is confirmed as a personal project, not a company. No company name, registered office or corporate qualification is claimed. Public contact details, applicable region, privacy practices and the policy effective date still await the project owner's confirmation; this draft does not imply approval.

Current payment status

Manual and online funding, payment and refund operations are closed in this phase. Do not send cryptocurrency or other payments. Opening the no-payment website does not authorize collecting funds; no payment provider or network is advertised as available.

Review requests

Use Portal → Support to request review of an account or billing issue. Provide only the minimum non-secret reference information. A support reply does not itself approve or execute a financial operation.

Policy decisions pending

Eligibility, unused-balance treatment, consumed usage, fees, exchange rates, over/underpayments, revocations, approval authority and processing times remain undecided. No refund guarantee is made. Obtain owner and legal approval before any effective policy or payment launch.
